Specs: 190/191 .466"/.457” 114 LSA - Single Bolt
For use in Gen 4 engines only (camshaft sensor on front of engine in timing cover). Will not work on Gen 3 engines with the cam sensor located behind the intake manifold. GM trucks typically started using Gen 4 engines in 2007.

GM Part # 12689035 will work with oem valve springs and pushrods. This is an OEM camshaft that comes standard on Non-DOD 5.3L Trucks. This cam is a single bolt cam which can be used with or without VVT. If your engine came from the factory with DOD/AFM lifters you will also need our DOD Lifter Delete kit.
