Revhigh cams have custom designed lobes to maximize the performance of your Supercharged engine, Revhigh cams make more HP at the same duration and lift than other brands.  The auto engineer who designed these cams has done extensive research on ramp rates and cam profiles, more so than any vendor on the planet. You can know with confidence that these are the very best grinds available in the market.
The Stage 1 Street Cam is designed for use on totally stock heads and can be used with all stock components up to 6k rpm.  It is recommended to upgrade valve springs to increase performance and allow shifting over 6000 where peak power is made. PCM programming recommended.  If the engine has less than 150k kms, then the stock valve springs can work if you keep the shift point at 6000rpm.  However we recommend at least the 90# valve springs and Retainers that we offer.

The Stage 2 Nitro Cam is designed for supercharged or nitrous applications on 96 and up GM 3800s.  The Nitro cam produces higher WHP and torque numbers than any cam grind currently available (that can be used with stock heads).  Look for gains of 40-55 hp depending on your car's current configuration.  We highly recommend running 136# Comp Cams valve springs, Revhigh Modified retainers, LS7 lifters, 7.00" pushrods, Rollmaster double timing chain, Extra thick front cover gasket, and Machined oil pump cover.  The Nitro is popular for top swaps and bottom end builds.  You can run a smaller pulley with it than you can the Stage 1. Peak power is 200rpm higher (than Stage 1).

The Stage 3 LOP cam serves 2 purposes, one is a lopey idle, the other is being able to run small pulleys non-intercooled.  It has lots of overlap which results in a slight loss in torque but allows smaller pulleys without KR than other grinds.  It can be used with an intercooler and on stock heads as lift is lower than the Stage 2.  It does well at high rpm and makes power past 6500.  We highly recommend running at least a 125# (PAC, Comp, or Crow Cams) valve spring, Modified retainersLS7 lifters, 7.00" pushrodsRollmaster double timing chain, Extra thick front cover gasket, Machined oil pump cover, and PCM programming are required. O2 sensors don't like overlap so a Revhigh STG 3 tune should be used or if tuning yourself wideband on the dyno.

TheStage 4 REVHIGHX cam was developed by Revhigh to maximize the HP of a Supercharged 3.8l using an M90 in an all out build.  Normally larger cams keep making more power at higher and higher rpms, the 3800 with an M90 isn't like that.  The M90 is a positive displacement blower and puts out a fixed amount of air.  It takes engineering to design a cam that can make the most of that air.  With extremely aggressive ramp rates and high lift (.570) we achieved that with the REVHIGHX. A SC 3.8l holds all M90 power records making 460WHP+ with this cam.  The REVHIGHX requires ported heads with machined valve guides, at least a 136# Comp Cams, or 150#  valve spring, Modified retainersLS7 lifters, 7.05" / 7.00" pushrodsRollmaster double timing chain, Extra thick front cover gasketMachined oil pump cover, and PCM programming.  No other cam makes the power of the REVHIGHX in a 3.8l, period.  Idle is similar to the STG 2 with 13 inches of vacuum.
We highly recommend picking up our Cam Install Kit when installing a cam.  It comes with all of the basic gaskets that you will need to complete the swap.
