This is an upgraded needle bearing trunnion kit available for your LS1/LS2/LS3/LS6/LS7 engine.  These LS Series retrofit trunion kits are designed to convert stock LS Series rocker arms into captured roller trunions for high-rpm race applications.
This kit includes:
16 rocker arm trunnions- LS-type retrofit
32 rocker arm bearings- LS-type retrofit
32 rocker arm retaining rings- LS-type retrofit
16 bolts for LS trunnion kit
2 washers for pressing trunnions 
 
For LS7 engines, the supplied bolts are too long due to the pedistal being built in, so you just reuse your factory rocker bolts.
