This customer’s MK6 Golf R Stage 2 was experiencing bucking and transmission flaring between shifts . To fix it, we removed the AP* flash tune and custom tuned both the ECU and TCU on our dyno. This 2019 Twin Turbo V6 already had a tune coupled with Downpipes but the vehicle felt laggy, we retuned the vehicle and picked up an additional 26kw at the wheels and 32NM of torque. VCM OTR (Over the radiator) Cold Air Intake + Dyno Tune VF SV6 LFX with the E39A engine
Recently we were given the task of tuning this Holden VF SV6 LFX with the E39A engine management system. Stock power on our dyno ran at a nice 161kw/215hp at the wheels. We installed a VCM OTR (Over the radiator) Cold Air Intake before calibrating the ECU on our AWD dyno. Afterward we achieved a result of 194kw/260hp at the wheels with huge gains in low to mid-range torque (where these motors need it most).
