2016 Holden VF V6 LFX 3.6L Dyno Results – VCM Intake, Full Exhaust & Revhigh Downpipe
Another Holden VF Commodore has been put through the Revhigh dyno, with Parvin's 2016 Holden VF V6 LFX 3.6L receiving a combination of airflow, exhaust and tuning upgrades.
The result? 201.0 wheel kW and 418.5 wheel Nm.

The Setup
Parvin's VF V6 came to Revhigh with several performance upgrades designed to improve airflow and exhaust flow while allowing the ECU calibration to be optimised.
The setup included:
VCM Intake
Full Exhaust System
Revhigh Downpipe
Custom Dyno Tune
The combination gives the LFX 3.6L a better breathing package, while the custom dyno tune allows the calibration to be adjusted to suit the modifications.
Dyno Results
The final dyno run produced:
201.0 wheel kW @ 220418.5 wheel Nm @ 122
Using the standard conversion of approximately 1 kW = 1.341 HP, the 201.0 kW result equates to approximately 269.5 wheel HP.
Using the 1.25 conversion for an estimated engine output:
269.5 wheel HP × 1.25 ≈ 337 engine HP
Final Results
Result | Figure |
Wheel Power | 201.0 kW |
Wheel Power | ~269.5 HP |
Wheel Torque | 418.5 Nm |
Estimated Engine Power | ~337 HP |

Getting More From the LFX 3.6L
The LFX 3.6L V6 responds to improvements in airflow and exhaust flow, but the supporting calibration is just as important.
With the VCM intake, full exhaust and Revhigh downpipe providing the hardware upgrades, the custom dyno tune brings everything together and allows the engine's calibration to be tailored to the vehicle's setup.
The result is a VF V6 making 201.0 wheel kW and 418.5 wheel Nm on the Revhigh dyno.
That's a solid combination of hardware and tuning for a naturally aspirated Holden V6.
