Reviving Theo's L77 VE V8: A Critical Diagnosis and Essential Repairs

Theo's L77 VE V8 in for some much needed surgery after spitting metal throughout the motor. Cheap parts had been used with a poor tune that contributed to the engine failure.

• Blackwell Race Engines full engine RECO and cylinder head treatment with 20" oversize pistons and rings.

• LS7 lifters, ACDELCO buckets

• Mellings Oil pump

• Mellings tow cam

• Mellings Valve spirngs

• + many more parts.

• VCM OTR

• Revhigh heatshield coated headers

• Fixed the tune
  

Final figure on this tiny cam was 302rwkw. being a cam designed for towing it has substantial pull from idle to 4000rpm!!
