This Low Output LEO VZ Holden originally came in for a genuine timing chain replacement ⛓️, but after detecting knock at idle ⚠️, we recommended a full rebuild to maximize performance and reliability.
Our upgrades included:
Performance camshafts 🔧
Piston rings & timing chain kit ⛓️
X-air OTR intake 🌬️
Xforce headers & catalytic converters 🔥
And many other performance components 💪

With these modifications and tuning, the vehicle achieved a final output of 180 RWKW ⚡ at the wheels, even using the stock intake and catback exhaust.

This project shows how a thoughtful performance rebuild can transform a low-output engine, improving power delivery, torque, and drivability 🚗💨 while maintaining engine reliability.
