This sleek hybrid 2023 E53 3.0L T rolled into our garage ready for some serious modifications, and we were more than ready to get to work. Here’s a breakdown of the upgrades we made:

Heatshielded Downpipes:

We started by installing heatshielded downpipes, which not only improve the exhaust flow but also help manage engine temperatures. This setup is crucial for maintaining performance and reliability, especially in a powerful hybrid like the E53.

Custom Dyno Tune:

Next, we put the E53 on the dyno for a custom tune. By tailoring the car's performance parameters, we were able to squeeze out every ounce of power and efficiency from the engine.

ECU Unlock via BFLASH:

To access the full potential of the E53’s engine, we removed the ECU and unlocked it using the #BFLASH tool. This step is essential for any serious tuning project, and it allows us to make comprehensive adjustments to the engine's software.

Final Power Figures:

After all the modifications, the E53 hit an impressive 344kW at all four wheels! This beast required a bit more tightening down than usual, thanks to the immense power and torque it now boasts.
