When this 2010 Audi TTS 2.0L EA113 rolled into our workshop, the goal was clear—more power, better response, and optimized performance for extended track use. With the EA113 engine being a solid platform for modifications, we got to work with some key upgrades to unlock its full potential.
What We Upgraded:
✅ High-flow downpipe – Less restriction, more power, and an aggressive exhaust note
✅ Custom dyno tune – Precision tuning for increased boost, throttle response, and overall performance
✅ RPM & speed limit increases – Maximizing powerband for better performance at high speeds
✅ Coolant flow enhancement – Keeping temperatures in check for extended track sessions
Why This Matters:
With the manual transmission, we didn’t need to tweak the gearbox, allowing us to focus purely on engine performance and cooling efficiency. The combination of a high-flow downpipe and custom tune results in stronger acceleration, improved top-end power, and a more responsive driving experience. By increasing coolant flow, we ensure that this Audi TTS can handle the heat of high-performance driving without compromise.
