Ben’s CAMMED VE CLUBSPORT LS3 – Retuned & Refined at Revhigh

Ben brought in his CAMMED VE Clubsport LS3 after visits to two other workshops left the tune in disarray. From the moment it rolled in, it was clear this beast needed some proper attention under the hood.

The car was running rich with idle fuel trims off by 30%. Misfire codes had been turned off to mask issues, torque management remained active in the ECU but disabled in the transmission, and the VE table was still stock. The result? Jerky behaviour, RPM hang-ups, and serious power loss.

On arrival, the LS3 pulled just 293rwkw, with torque dropping off sharply. After a complete Revhigh retune, the car now delivers a strong 322rwkw with a much smoother power curve.

We’ve advised Ben to refresh the valve seats on his 0821 heads and take care of a few maintenance items like rocker cover gaskets to keep the power consistent and the engine healthy.
