When Brett first brought his 2021 Jeep Hemi 5.7L to us, the plan was simple: a tune after fitting an intake. Like many factory Hemi setups, the platform responded well—but as often happens, a taste of performance quickly turned into a hunger for more.
Baseline & First Tune
On its initial visit, the Jeep recorded around 195awkw in stock form, which improved to approximately 230awkw after tuning. Strong gains for a daily-driven SUV—but Brett wasn’t done yet.
Fast-forward a year later, and the Jeep returned to the shop ready for a full Stage 2 camshaft transformation.

That’s a massive increase over the original setup, with strong gains across the entire powerband. On a hub dyno, this setup would translate to roughly 320–330awkw, highlighting just how serious this combination is.
Why This Setup Works
The Stage 2 camshaft and ported heads dramatically improve airflow, while the upgraded valvetrain ensures reliability at higher RPM. Combined with proper MDS modifications and custom tuning, the result is a Jeep that pulls hard, sounds aggressive, and remains street-drivable.
