Recently, a customer drove all the way from Queensland to our workshop, eager to unlock the full potential of his LFX. The Setup

Before tuning, we carried out several modifications to enhance performance:

The Tuning Process

On the street tune, things looked promising. However, once we put the Calais on the dyno, we quickly discovered it was running too lean at the top end. This is a recipe for engine damage if left unchecked. Using the dyno, we fine-tuned the fueling and driver demand tables. Our goal was to ensure power delivery was smooth, consistent, and safe.
