In our latest project, we delved into the Audi SQ5 3.0L BITDI, embarking on a meticulous three-stage carbon cleaning process to rejuvenate its diesel engine.
Stage 1: Chemical Cleaning
We began with a thorough chemical cleaning process, targeting stubborn carbon deposits and buildup within the engine's components.
Stage 2: Hand Cleaning
Next, our expert technicians meticulously performed hand cleaning, ensuring every nook and cranny of the engine was free from carbon residue, promoting optimal performance.
Stage 3: Walnut Blast
To address more stubborn deposits, we employed walnut blasting, a highly effective method for removing carbon buildup from intake valves and other critical engine parts.
Preventative Modifications
In addition to the intensive cleaning process, we implemented preventative modifications to mitigate future carbon buildup, ensuring sustained engine health and performance.
