Audi RS7 C7 2016: 81.5 kW Gain with Revhigh Catless Downpipes

The 2016 Audi RS7 C7 is already a serious performance machine, but the 4.0L twin-turbo V8 responds extremely well to improved exhaust flow.
For this build, we fitted a set of Revhigh Catless Downpipes and put the car on the dyno to measure the results.
Dyno Results
Before:364.0 wheel kW814.1 wheel Nm
After:445.5 wheel kW925.7 wheel Nm
That's an impressive +81.5 wheel kW and +111.6 wheel Nm.
In horsepower terms, the car gained approximately 109 wheel HP, which equates to roughly 137 engine HP using the 1.25 conversion factor.
Why Catless Downpipes?
The factory downpipes are designed with emissions and noise requirements in mind. Replacing them with Revhigh Catless Downpipes significantly improves exhaust gas flow, allowing the twin-turbo V8 to breathe more freely.
The result is a substantial increase in power and torque, particularly when combined with appropriate ECU tuning.
364.0 kW → 445.5 kW at the wheels.
That's a 22% increase in wheel power from this setup.
