Mercedes-AMG A35 (W177) Dyno Tune — Revhigh Unlocks Serious Gains

At Revhigh Tuning Solutions, we’re always chasing real-world performance backed by data—and this clean Mercedes-AMG A35 (W177) was no exception.

The car came in for a full dyno session and ECU recalibration as we began unlocking its true potential. Starting from stock form, we captured baseline figures before carefully removing the ECU and bench-flashing it to safely extract the factory calibration.

This allowed us to analyse the original mapping and prepare the foundation for a fully customised tune designed to deliver sharper response, stronger mid-range torque, and improved overall drivability.

Baseline vs Tuned Results

After the initial calibration, the gains were immediately clear.

Before Revhigh Tune:

• Power: 202.7 kW

• Torque: 490.0 Nm

After Revhigh Tune:

• Power: 235.4 kW

• Torque: 615.3 Nm

That’s a massive jump in torque and a strong increase in power—completely transforming how the A35 performs on the road.

What’s Next for This A35?

This session focused on ECU tuning only. The vehicle is still running factory CPC and TCU calibrations, meaning even more performance is available.

With additional tuning to the CPC and transmission control unit, we expect further gains in acceleration, shift speed, and overall driving character.

From here, we’ll continue developing a fully custom Revhigh file tailored specifically to this car—taking an already impressive hot hatch and turning it into something truly exciting.
