We recently took on a challenging job with a 2005 Crown, diagnosing and repairing its Hitachi ECU. After a comprehensive fix, we didn’t just stop there
— we put the car on the dyno and tuned it to perfection, adding a satisfying crackle on deceleration.
Despite no physical modifications, we managed to squeeze an extra 27rwkw out of the 3.5L engine. This was achieved by updating the software, advancing the spark ignition, fine-tuning the fuel trims, and optimizing VVT and torque management operations. For this job, we relied on #DIMSPORT for the repair and #WINOLS for the tuning.
