Arnie’s 2017 C63S Coupe came into the shop, ready for a serious performance boost, and we were more than eager to deliver. Here's a rundown of what we did to transform his already powerful ride into an absolute beast:
Heatshielded Downpipes:To kick things off, we installed heatshielded downpipes. These not only improve exhaust flow but also help manage heat, ensuring the engine performs at its peak.
BMC Filters:Arnie brought in BMC filters for us to install. These high-performance air filters increase airflow and provide better filtration, giving the engine more breathing room to operate efficiently.
Upgraded Diverter Valve:With the upgraded diverter valve, also provided by Arnie, we improved the turbocharger’s performance, reducing lag and providing a more responsive throttle.
Custom Dyno Tune:We then hooked up the C63S to our dyno for a custom tune, optimizing the engine’s output and ensuring every component works in harmony. This tailored approach allows us to maximize power and efficiency.
Burble/Pop/Crackle in Sports+ Mode:For that extra thrill, we added a burble/pop/crackle effect that kicks in only when Sports+ mode is activated. It’s not just about the numbers; it’s about the experience. And who doesn’t love a car that sounds as good as it looks?
Incredible Power Gains:
The result? A staggering 411rwkw, all for under $3k! This stage 2 package proves that you don’t need to break the bank to achieve substantial power gains.
