Daniel brought in his 2016 SV6 VF equipped with a full exhaust and a VCM OTR intake. However, the car had been experiencing power loss, stalling, and hunting issues. After a thorough inspection, we discovered the OTR intake wasn't seated correctly due to an inner lip slipping off—a common problem when these intakes aren’t installed professionally.

The Fix:
To get Daniel's SV6 back in top form, we:
Reinstalled the VCM OTR intake with proper fitment.
Installed a purge to stabilize the airflow.
Custom-tuned the engine to optimize performance.

Pro Tip: We always recommend a professional install for OTR intakes to avoid issues like this. A small misalignment can cause airflow disruptions, power loss, and stalling.

Dyno Results:
After the fix and custom tune, the power and torque gains were clear:
Measurement | Before | After |
Torque (Nm) | 380.8 @ 116 | 385.1 @ 128 |
Power (kW) | 152.9 @ 174 | 194.6 @ 210 |

The improved intake efficiency and custom tuning not only delivered more power and torque but also restored smooth, reliable performance.
Now, Daniel's SV6 VF drives like a dream—no more stalling, no more hunting, just clean, consistent power. 🔥
